NEWS FLASH! Grand Champion and High Point Arabian at the Marc Fischer Memorial Competetive Trail Ride at Dayton, Montana went to Lori Wigen and Khamur of North Star Arabians.

The Bucket Brigade
Working a 6 yr old restart mare the second day in the small round pen. Many of the concepts worked on in Horsemanship were introduced in Colt Starting.

Lori (Lynn) starting a 5 yr old horse, Silverhawk (which Jack nicknamed 'Ajax'), the second day in the small RP. She is petting and leaving his head completely alone. Jack is ready to help with the flag if needed.

This mare had her first 20 or so rides in the hackamore because her mouth was too sensitive for the snaffle. Now, at 60 rides, she goes well in either.
